Aoshi-sama!!!!!AAiiiiiiiiii!!! He rulz !!! He's so calm and quiet and...mysterious.....not to mention a total HOTTIE!!! He makes a great leader as well....

I know everyone will think this is weird, but my favorite character is Shikijou. He was so dedicated to the Oniwaban group and a great fighter. Also, for some strange reason, I find him to be very attractive...even though he's certainly not a bishounen. Just an all around good character in my opinion.

Saitou Hajime is my most favorite character from Rurouni Kenshin.He's calm,skillful,and not to mention VERY SEXY!He's dangerous and mysterious and I love that in a man.'Aku...Soku...Zan'-'Slay...Evil...Immediately'.That is his code and I respect that.Which is yet another reason why I love him and why he is my most favorite character from Rurouni Kenshin.

My favourite has to be Kamiya Kaoru.She is no doubt a good role model to a lot of female fans, because she stands up for what she believes in, and loves Kenshin deeply without asking much in return from the rurouni.I do wish she was able to kick some villain butt instead of always playing the damsel-in-distress. My favourite male character apart from Kenshin is Saitou Hajime.He kicks ass in all his fights, and while it may seem he's a villain, I think he's really a good guy within.

I think Hitokiri Battousai is the coolest guy in the Kenshin/Samurai X series. Not Kenshin the Rurouni, has a little too soft. But Kenshin the Manslayer. His strength and determination made him a legend while making him an undefeatable adversary. Seeing the battousai with his hand on his sword could mean only one thing. . . you werent living to tell the story. he was the true epitome of a bad ass! watch Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal and let the movie speak for me!

I think Aoshi is the coolest guy in manga and anime. He is cool,strong. He never shows his emotions but he cares about others so much. He may be cold but really warm inside. And he is very handsome indeed.

I love Megumi, her personality is amazing, she can be in one moment childish and after very mature. She suffer a lot specially losing her family and I think she is very vunerable although she always showed to be strong and capable.I admire her character.

Thats a hard question, but i would have to say....Sanosuke! ( Though i love Kenshin!!!) . WHY? I really dont know, maybe its because he can be a idiot but in a split second he's ready to fight.He has the heart of a fighter just like Kenshin only hes not as good!

In an ideal kind of way, I would certainly vouch for Kenshin since Kenshin's character/personality is one of a kind and someone who you would really envy if he/she possesses them and lives among us in these modern world.
However, in a fan-kind of way, Kamiya Kaoru sure tops my list, since as a girl, I think of her as pretty much all I want to be... tough and rough, but really kind in the inside. She definitely holds the innocence that other people would actually want to have...

I have to say Kaoru Kamiya is my favorite character. Who doesn't like a short-tempered tomboy who not only fights for what she believes in, but isn't afraid to go against the 'big boys'? I also like Yahiko, though. It's so amusing how he fights with Kaoru and I can understand how he feels.
